One day a friend of mine, who I knew was going through a great deal of trouble at the time, wrote on social media: 'Just keep walking!'. These words felt so powerful to me and I admired her braveness and optimism. The song 'Keep On' was born out of this and singing it gives me courage to KEEP ON, whatever life throws at me. Grit.

There are no instruments on this track. Instead, a whole bunch of my friends allowed us to record their stomps, claps and shouts and that's how we built up the song. There's a feeling of community, upholding and supporting one another. Because no one needs to walk this road alone.
